• A full demonstration of how everything works on the mower before we leave. We want to make sure you’re comfortable with how the machine operates and answer any questions you may have to ensure you’re completely happy before we go.
• The machine will be fully assembled and undergo a PDI (pre-delivery inspection) in our workshop before we deliver it. The PDI is crucial to ensure everything is set up correctly and functioning properly. We also use a lot of grease during our PDI. For example, we remove the wheels and grease the wheel shafts, so in the future, if you need to remove the wheels for a puncture, you can do so with ease!
• The machine will be fully operational and ready to cut. We fill the engine with quality engine oil and alkylate petrol. The PDI ensures the engine revs are correct, giving you the best cutting performance possible.
